Summary
The Court, Having regard to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, dated June 27, 1981, and the Protocol thereto establishing an African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, dated June 10, 1998, Acting pursuant to Article 33 of the Protocol, Adopts the following Rules of Procedure, which shall be referred to as the “Interim Rules of Procedure of the Court.”
