The Final Peace Agreement managed to incorporate an Ethnic Chapter; for its compliance, an institution was created in charge of seeking truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-repetition for the victims in the country, including indigenous victims. This thesis focuses on reviewing compliance with the implementation of the Ethnic Chapter in five years of the post-Agreement and its challenges, mainly in reference to point five with the Comprehensive Peace System that groups the Unit for the Search for Persons Given as Disappeared (UBPD), the Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Nonrepetition (CEV) and the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP). These three entities have been carrying out actions even in the midst of the armed conflict that is still in force and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic; Even so, it is not enough and progress is minimal compared to what the indigenous victims expect; According to the investigation, it can be seen that the UBPD has not advanced, the JEP is in an intermediate process and the CEV has advanced. The victims of the Indigenous Peoples have reiterated that there is a physical and cultural extermination that has become genocide against the lives and indigenous territories, where they continue to resist for their survival with or without an ethnic Chapter. _____________________________________________________________
