It contains all the basic human rights documents referred to in Part I, including the texts of human rights instruments, commentaries on the UN human rights system and explanatory monographs and essays on specific issues that impinge on both human rights and development. This is intended to serve not only as a ready reference for the training and learning process, but also as a standard source of information for UNDP offices. It also has an extensive bibliography in the Reference Library.
