Note
Digitized from a VHS. - In the theatres of war, the Gukhas need no introduction. For almost 200 years they have been serving British interests with unswerving fidelity and courage. In return, the Gurkhas claim that Britain have mistreated them denying them their basic human rights. With the Nepali and the British government doing very little to address their plight, the Gurkhas - led by Gurkha Army Ex-Servicemen Organization (GAESO) - are forced to internationalize their problem. GAESO is taking the issue to the 57th Session of the UN Commission on human rights (Geneva) in April 2001.
